Hello, my title is alina and that Iam writing-you about my horrible earthlink encounter. After purchasing their solutions they never turned up to set up it plus they would not actually bother calling to stop my visits. After several telephone calls along with a large amount of time lost i chose to stop since I really could not longer delay and needed to discover another company. I named to stop and was designed to obtain a reimbursement however they stated I'd to attend till i delivered the bundle back, and another 3 months next. I named to ask how it's possible that my cash is removed in 3 times also it requires 3 months to obtain it back and also the boss (jackie) stated she's really sorry but she'll make certain I'll get my cash the moment possible. The day has handed and nothing happened. Which means I've to contact again and it'll consider another time like every discussion together. Our guidance would be to contact every other support but this since i assure you it can not be any worse. They're unreliable, in the normal worker towards the boss and it is annoying to listen to them that they're sorry but cannot assist you in any means.
