I put an order 8/8/08 to get a text-book. I delivered the organization an email 8/16/08 when I had nevertheless not obtained the guide and based on their site, it nevertheless hadn't delivered. I delivered another email 8/18/08 neither which was responded to. I required the guide to get a course and so I experimented with stop it utilizing the stop link on the site, which failed! Up to now I still haven't noticed anything from their website. I requested the guide from another supplier. This can be a horrible method to conduct business, moreover they've no telephone number so you could contact customer support.
