Took my money—hasn't delivered

JAT Design allegedly offers 3rd row seats for SUVs. I requested a $1000-seat from him in March. He got my income instantly. It had been designed to consider 3 months for me personally to obtain the chair. It is today middle-May and he nevertheless has not shipped. Each time I contact, I keep in touch with him for half an hour but never get everywhere. He usually guarantees to call-back, but never does. DON'T PURCHASE out of this man. He CAn't be respected!
