Navico / Eagle Iowrance
Will not replace radio under warranty

Adios (marine two way radios) radio stopped working. I called and got a RMA from Navico who handles the warranty for eagle/lowrance I sent the radio in they got it and told me it will be replaced butthey do not have any replacements in and do not know when or if they will get any in. So I asked for a replacement radio of a diffrentmodel but they do not have anything in that price range and will not refund my money. Told me items are on back order so I will just have to wait could be 4 weeks or longer. So I have a warranty that they will fill when they can. Well I dont think i should have to wait weeks or months if i have a warranty send me my money or find me another radiohere is my RMA 123439
