Total rippoff, got broken in the same night they repaired service and left parts of the system non-operative

Very irresponsible service, if you call it a service.
For days no alarm service and they do not report it to you.
Very bad repair service
got broken in twice with the alarm supposedly working
first time the same night the repairs were performed, we got broken in. The repairman left
a sensor disconnected and the robber used that sensor to go by so he will not get detected. (you figure out what must have happened) even the police looking at the video were surprised that this guy looked like he knows nobody is coming!!!
I am cancelling my contract. All this was reported to the company with video copy and no investigation or findings were reported back.
