We hired Digitec Security services on 9/17/99 to install and monitor our alarm system. Numerous times we called for help with the false alarms, changing passwords, or general questions concerning the alarm system. I talked with Randy Barton-Sales, and asked to be released from the contract. He said I had signed a contract. I told him, and his boss to release me when the contract expired. They sold my contract to PSI, and I was never contacted. I again asked to be released from this service.

We continue to have little or no follow-up with any corresspondence. One example is that I had to drive 20 miles one way in the middle of the night to let the police into our building for a false alarm. Finally a tech came out a week later, and said it was from a spider. Another example, we call in a false alarm and we are put on hold, by the time someone comes on the line, the police have already responded to the alarm.
