Bad customer service and problems not fixed after 3 weeks

The last problem took 6 month to solve. This problem is that the power outage the alarm went off and when the power came back on the it did not. Working with Tech over the phone they said it was the power supply. The set up an appt 7 days laters. The night before they call they do not have the part and will need to reschulde the appt for the following week.

When the repair contract came out to repair the power system the system still did not work. They say is was the board and is not cover by warrenty and was hit by lighting from the storm on 06/10/09, How can this be the only thing in my house that was damaged by lighting. The plug still works and everything else works. I think is back equipment.

That want me to pay $200.00 for a new panel and wait another week or two to be repaired. There customer service is not very helpful. If they would have sent the contractor out will all the part to repair our system I might have paid for it. Now that is out of the question.

My am under contract unitll 5-10-10 and I want out now.
