Being stuck in lift

Being caught in heathrow airport lift for an hour or so, we telephoned them 6 occasions plus they understood how anxious I had been, they described they had delivered the technicians towards the incorrect raise, they requested us at the start which ground we were on, we responded that people didnt understand as all it stated on the lift was out-of support, we noticed nothing else from them aside from whenever we telephoned them. There is no conversation no paramedics there and all we'd was a container of water from airport staff. They'd to close the raise down three times however the last period the lamps were down for around fifteen minutes, they didn't let's understand these were achieving this both.
