In October I responded their marketing on KGO radio 810 (Bay Area) about Mortgage Loan Modification. The advertisement mentioned that following a fairly 'inexpensive forensic review' they might utilize mistakes, untruths, and problems etc.in my own mortgage files to discuss with my bank and alter the mortgage based on my revenue and new lower property prices.
