Dues Increase?

I've been an associate of 24-Hour Exercise for almost two decades. I actually worked for them within the late 1990's & early 2000is.By employed by them I understood the support contracts such as the back of my hand. Every area and every term...

This month, I had been managing my bill and observed... My 24Hour Fitness fees were elevated?!? I had been like... Hang on, I understand my agreement didn't permit a dues raise or achieved it provide 24-Hour Exercise the best to boost my fees.

I called the membership I visit and also the employee explained they delivered me a notice previous month notifing me of the boost and 24-Hour Exerciseis contracts arrange the best to improve fees... Yadda yadda yadda. She established my tackle on document and that I didn't receive a notice. I'm also registered via their email program... And didnt get an email both.

I tried to describe that I understood my contract front-back and sideways when I worked for that organization also it doesn't permit a fees raise and that I understand the contracts have transformed three times since I have have worked for them.

Long story short... I expected to get a backup of my unique agreement/deal and also the employee mentioned, I will deliver you-our present agreement. I described I didnt need the present one when I closed and decided to another one... She put me on-hold so when she returned she stated she'd try to obtain it however it might charge me $20.00 and he or she questioned they might get me the initial backup as 24-Hour Exercise has ostensibly shut their corporate practices in Southern California and shifted anything to Japan to conserve money.

The increase isn't that big... But its the theory. And of course when they improved my fees... They've or increases another 5 thousand people which quickly provides vast sums for their organization...

Is that this legitimate? May they are doing this? I dont wish to stop my account whilst the membership is 2 blocks from my home... And that I understand the neighborhood employees can't do something...

Imagine if something may I do???
