Poor Service and incomplete work

I named the organization to obtain an engineer to unblock a rain tube that's flooding my hall. An engineer came as guaranteed at 15:30 and quit at 17:30. The manufacture came with no gear to raise a manhole cover - I'd to visit a friendis company to use a manhole key to help him. I lent the manufacture my line to be able to fill his container in his truck. The manufacture used 45 units evaluating the obstruction, establishing his force line and completing his container. I called again at 17:30 to become informed again somebody will-call me back. I called again at 19:30 to become informed the same, I delivered a contact of criticism. I called again the next trip to 11:00 to inquire once the function is likely to be finished? I had been told somebody will-call me inside the time. I called again at 13:00 to become informed the supervisor reaches a gathering and certainly will move the concept on. I'm currently totally fed up, £161 worse-off and that I still possess a congestion.

This company is unworkmanlike, unprofessional and harmful. At £140 each hour tax, don't make use of this organization under any situation.
