Bad service

We purchased a BoatFloat raise about 10 days before it stopped functioning. We named the produce and he found our home to check on the raise. He informed there is an electric issue in the home. We named the electrician and he explained that there's no energy issue in the home and also the problem is about the raise itself. The lift includes a 2-year guarantee however the produce delivered us an account for $ 599.07 and he didn't resolve the raise. He will not recognize the guarantee. I've been calling him and delivering many emails. He usually responded disrespectfully.
