Complete SCAM company along with Credit Card Fraud

This company is a complete scam, so please DO NOT sign up with them. I made the mistake of visiting their site and entering my information, but before I authorized the charge, I read their terms and conditions and noticed the $139.95 fee listed, as well as other recurring charges. I did not complete the order and simply x'd out of the site. Unfortunately, they must have some type of software that captures the credit card information and charged my card anyways. They don't even have our credit card billing address yet claim it's a valid charge. Someone in their own customer service department even admitted they don't have our credit card address information!!! After being transferred a number of times, and speaking with completely useless customer support representatives, they finally told us they wouldn't issue a refund. As I told the gentleman on the phone, him and the other employees we spoke with are sadly nothing more than a bunch of robots who act as the mouth piece for the owners of this scam company. Whether or not we get our money back remains to be seen. We plan to file with the BBB, as well as Attorney Generals Office. If anything, hopefully this post will deter you from EVER signing up with them It's a shame that companies like this exist, most especially when the economy is so bad for most of us, but funny enough the economy is great for the owners of that company. Hope you sleep good well at night knowing that you just ripped off another person.
