I recently bought a Royal-Blue Brine lacrosse mind via a merchant. The top smashed because of an air-bubble within the throw, an average produce problem. I delivered the coloured head to Brine for alternative, they delivered back a whitehead. I named Brine and talked to some somewhat premature results director Toby Cassa. He experimented with manage the problem, I'm annoyed since I paid additional to get a regal blue mind and also the produce can't change it. He appeared to skip that and show me it's plan (plan that's NOT presently or formerly published on brine.com) that I MIGHT not return exactly the same colored lacrosse mind I delivered in. This disappointed me, in the first reference to the term heck Toby turned a-12 year-old child and through what I acknowledge was an extremely premature discussion on both our components he started to stated what he might do to assist me however now declined to complete, and suddenly hung-up on me. Regardless of the costumer being rude I think it is undesirable that any supervisor must actually hang-up on the paying costumer. I've since attempted 5 improvements occasions to get hold of Mr. Cassa without any avail. It appears he's testing my calls. I don't know how a business might have a who'll not talk to a costumer. I'm supporter of brine lacrosse products, which is a significant frustration that there's small support towards the products.
