Internet Credit Card Fraud, SCAM

This company is a complete scam, so please DO NOT sign up with them. I made the mistake of visiting their site on March 25 and entering my information to purchase a work from home kit for FREE to be mailed for a charge of $2.95. At this time I was directed to a site to sign up for a service to be able to accept credit card payments. After I read their terms and conditions and noticed the $139 charge I did not complete the order and simply x'd out of the site and decided to wait until our business package arrived before preceding any further. Today, after checking my credit card statement I noticed that I was not only charged the $2.95 for the apparent business kit (which has never been received to date) but I was also charged $139.95 for the credit card service which was not authorized. The company claims this charged was disclosed in the terms after a 72 hour period but this is simply not true. I will be attempting to contact this company tomorrow during their business hours to cancel any future credit card charges and to try and get a refund, but after reading some of the other complaints on this site I have my doubts. Whether or not we get our money back remains to be seen. We plan to file with the BBB, as well as Attorney Generals Office. If anything, hopefully this post will deter you from EVER signing up with them It's a shame that companies like this exist, most especially when the economy is so bad for most of us, but funny enough the economy is great for the owners of that company. Hope you sleep good well at night knowing that you just ripped off another person.
