Washing machine repair delayed over a month with no-shows and wrong part

Could make this a long story - but..

Over a month now waiting to have the slipping agitator on my 7 year old washing machine repaired. Called Feb. 15th. It is now March 12th and still not repaired. It has been a series of no shows, no calls to inform they were not coming, wrong part ordered, rude repairman (All Tech) and a series of frustrating calls resulting in unkept promises.

Finally demanded to have Sears repair machine.

Appointment scheduled for March 15th... I am confident in Sears.

First American Home Buyers Protection purports to screen their contractors.

I would like to see their screening process.

Shameful customer service.
