DIRECTV Satellite Television
I am being billed for their services and nothing was ever even installed. They're trying to scam me. I need help

I ordered directv but had to cancel. I found out satellite dishes are not allowed in my building.
The technician came to install it even though I cancelled. I told him I cancelled the order, so he said o.K. And left.
I got a bill from directv for $101.99. I called directv and they said there was a mix up and they would take the fees off of my bill.
I received an e-mail today and called directv again. They told me the technician connected the services in my home which is impossible. He never even entered my apartment. He was told to leave while still at my front door.
Directv said I will still be billed for the t.V. Services because I can't prove he is lying. I never signed a paper or anything for connection because I was never connected.
Now I owe money for something I never had. This is very unfair, and I refuse to pay something I do not owe.
They are lying and now want my money. Now they are charging me a large disconnection fee. I was never connected in the first place.
