Extended the contract to one more year without notice - Cheating

Tmobile provided one year contract on Jan when about cancel my account. I confirmed with them twice about one year contract on Jan also. When I go to extend my contract on March already I am on contract till Jan. It is happened second time for me. Tmobile extend the contract without inform the Customer and no need to give the free phones. They gave the offer by time of recession. I feel they are cheating the customers.
