Subsequent insufficient funds charges

I've invested hrs about the telephone since July 13 speaking with customer support reps, administrators, payment reps, supervisors looking to get towards the base of and receive a reimbursement for illegal elimination of resources from my checking acct. And subsequent insufficient funds fees. Our lender may change the costs when sirius refunds my income. So far previously many weeks I've invested significantly more than five hours about the telephone and voiced to greater than a dozen Sirius Sattelite radio those who have all guaranteed me the cash could be returned however the cash hasn't been delivered to my acct. The problem they've triggered me and also the following domino effect is of no problem for them. They've not provided something in the manner of payment whatsoever. They just keep saying they're sorry which it's mounted, except there's no cash showing in my own acct. So clearly it's not fixed.
