Horrible experience

In late 2007 I bought a Sirius Satellite Radio after hearing one a buddy of mine had. I chose to buy one and support. I had been informed at that time easily taken care of a 'lifetime account', that I'd be eligible for XM Radio at no extra-cost, once Sirius got over XM Radio. Due to the present, I created a purchase.

I called Sirius Radio Customer Support to possess XM put into my stations. I'd a CSR inform me that I had been 'wrong' of course if I needed XM put into my channels it'd be another $100.00 for life of XM stations. I'd difficulty obtaining the CSR to I would like to talk to a supervisor. After receiving awful with him, I acquired a ground supervisor to consult with.

I spoke with Alpha Palandangan. He explained the same, that I had been 'wrong'. Following a 'dialogue' about this, Leader attempted to inform me that a few of the CSRis are occasionally fresh and have no idea anything they ought to. I told him which was BS, if your person did not understand what these were performing they really should not be about the telephones. Leader decided and apologized.

After not receiving any aid, I requested for that tackle and telephone number for that primary office of Sirius Satellite Radio. He'dnot provide me anything-but a PO Box address and explained I'd to call-back about the 800-number. I expected for that boss's title of Sirius and he'dnot provide me that both.

I ought to note the buddy of mine that experienced Sirius was also informed if he paid for life account he might also get free XM stations when Sirius required XM around.
