Ripoff what a mess internet

Well i have just been with t-mobile last year! It was non-satifactory! The first thing i had with the company was poor reception! It does not have 100 percent coverage like they advertised. And they wanted me to upgrade my plan - i said i do not think so. I think they got too much money from me for little service.
There is another thing - my plan was 20 dollars a month - that was reasonable to my budget - so of course it came with 60 min. I said ok - that is an absolutely joke - you can talk 60 minutes in a day - come on now - it should have been 200 min.- not more or less! There motto is " you use them or loose them"= whatever! I paid for them - so i should use all of them! $. 40 after that - got to hell t-mobile! She did not know what to say when i though these minutes were ridiculous! What a joke!
I am telling everyone to go to elsewhere -
If you pay for the plan - you should keep all your minutes! Come - on now!!
