Fraud, deceit, lies - no taxes ever paid in West Virginia - SIAS is stealing from all citizens of our state - get them to stop

I also contacted my state today - West Virginia - and Scrap In A Snap isn't registered and has never paid their state sales taxes as required by law. If you are a citizen of West Virginia you can contact the Tax Fraud Unit.

Thank you usacomplaints.com for bringing out what a fraud this company is. Thank you all former and current consultants and employees for exposing these criminals who are stealing from just about every state in the country.

West Virginia isn't a rich state and we are facing budget problems like a lot of states. It is just so terrible that this company and its president, Tammy Henry, would just steal from the very people that pay her bills. As a consultant, I've paid my state sales taxes to this company because their contract promised me that they would pay these taxes they now owe back to the states.

Not only have they never paid these taxes since the company was started, but the company couldn't even take 5 lousy minutes to register the states with the proper tax authorities. It only takes a simple phone call or they can do it right on the internet. Obviously they won't do this because they would then have to start ACTUALLY paying taxes instead of stealing from everyone of their 13,000 consultants who had no idea what a joke Tammy and her company is.

How long will it be before ALL of their fraud is uncovered and the government finally takes action against these criminals. This is probably just the tip of the iceberg. I have been so violated by this fraud of a company. Not only should they be out of business for taking advantage of all of us consultants, but they should be in jail for all of this fraud.

The company knows they are breaking the law on a daily basis but will do nothing about it. I'm confident that now the government knows how they take advantage of their own consultants and the states, their assets should be seized and stopped at once.
