Tax abuse evasion deceit found in another state - West Virginia - company has never registered themselves and has never remitted any sales taxes back

After contacting the fraud unit of the West Virginia department of revenue - I too, have also found out the this fraudulent company has never been registered to do business in West Virginia. This has now been reported to their tax evasion and tax fraud investigation unit for follow up. I'm told that if the company does't cooperate then a search warrant will be issued upon this company.

This is really bad that a company would collect sales taxes from West Virginia consultants for all of these years and then not pay this money back to the state. That is downright stealing. Hopefully this company will get what is has coming to them.
