Bankcared Services, Inc. Ripoff, unauthorized cards charges for 2 different companies

I received my Chase Bank card statement and notice a charge for. 06 and $8.99. One was for a credit protection and the other was for directalert mbrshp 877-730-5177. I called on May 31 and talked to Briana and she said they would take it off. I would receive a cancellation letter which I did. Will they did take off the credit protection but they did not tell me I had to call the other number and have them removed the directalert.

I am 77 yrs old and did not authorized any of these charges. I have been calling them for the last several month to trying to get them to reverse these charges, the credit protection they did reverse but the directalert said I will have to pay the $8.99 for the first month. I told her I never authorized this charged she said it went with the protection plan, and she said that I said yes to have them send the information to me to review but I never received that information. I never even said yes for them to send it to me.

When I asked for proof that I had given them permission, she said she could not send me that proof. It was my word against their words. I said that they must like prying on Senior. It has been 5 month and now this is hurting my credit report. My daughter even called and talked to Angela who told her that she needed to call directalert, only then was I told I needed to call them to have this removed. So she called and talked to a Paula on July 30. She said every thing would be taken care of. Then I get another letter from them, the same thing pay the first $8.99 and they will reverse all charges. Just think if they do this to a million people how much money they have rip-off people. I also filed a complaint with Comsumer Affairs.
