Clothes Disappear at Sandy's "Magic Touch" Dry Cleaners

This establishment lost my pants. The cost of the loss is not nearly as frustrating as the way they have dealt with the situation. The customer service at the counter continues to give me the run around stating that the owner will call me tomorrow. When tomorrow doesn't come they simply state that they have notified the owner and that is all they can do. They can not, or will not give out any other information.in 2005 a consumer posted a complaint on this site reporting that they lost her area rug, which she later found out that they tried to sell to someone else. I have also found other reports from consumers of refusal to pay for lost articles. There are many Dry Cleaner's to choose from... Stay away from this vanishing act!
