Lost clothes, rude service, crappy cleaning and racial slurs

I first went to Speedy Cleaners in Lakewood, Calif., because of its inexpensive cleaning services. As it turns, I guess, you get what you pay for.
I dropped off 15 pieces of clothing at the cleaners recently. When I went to pick them up, half were dirty, stained and wrinkled. Not only that, but they lost one of my favorite pairs of jeans. When I was refused a refund for the dirty clothes, they resent them to be cleaned again. As for the missing pants, when I asked agout them they denied ever receiving the pants and refused to pay for the loss. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but none was available and I was told to call back. That's when the run-around began. I had to return several time to retrieve the clothes, some of which never were adequately cleaned.
On my last trip to the cleaner, when I tried to resolve the issue with the pants, the clerk, Laura, said there was nothing she could do. She also refused to return the receipt I had to the clothes. When I demanded the receipt, she began haranguing me with racial slurs and asked me to leave the building, whereupon she closed and lost the door.
While I was outside, another customer who works nextdoor came over to complain that she too had had clothing "lost" by the cleaners. The clerk wouldn't let her in either and the store had not offered compensation.
Eventually, the police came and I was able to receive a copy of the receipt for the clothes.
So, to sum up Speedy Cleaners, inadequate cleaning even after multiple attempts, lost possessions, if not outright thievery, and rude, racist employees. I guess you really do get what you pay for.
