I sent a pantsuit to be cleaned at Annie's Cleaners in Upper Marlboro, MD in May of this year. I noticed upon picking up my clothes that my black pants suit was missing. I brought this to the clerk's attention and she asked me to search my closets at home because she doesn't loose clothing. I waited until several loads returned from the cleaners, without success. Today the cleark refused to give me the name of the owner nor phone number to speak with the owner. There was no attempt to reimburse my loss. She (Korean) simply repeated "he do not understand". I asked, "AM I going to be reimbursed for my loss? And she replied "No". Between my husband and I we spend hundreds of dollars monthly in dry cleaning at this establishment.
