Sirius XM Satellite Radio
Refused to cancel service/sent me into collections for not renewing my subscription

I have been a customer of XM satellite radio since 1996 when I made the choice to NOT renew my subscription I could not cancel when I tried I was put on hold for hours then hung up on. When I did get through it was to late now I have been sent into collections. Now there is a collection agency calling me and said i need to either pay a fee or renew my subscription with Sirius XM satellite radio. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but have herd nothing yet. Sirius XM satellite radio is the worst company I have ever dealt with. "is business so bad you need to strong arm your customers back"?
