Turned me over to a collection agency for no reason

Back in Jan. They sent me an email saying my subscription was up for renewal, I told them I was not renewing. 2 weeks ago I get a letter saying I have been turned over to collections for $27.00 I haven't paid.

I looked on line and they had a bill for over $800.00 that was for renewal of my subscription then in Feb it was all written off except for $21.00.4 days later they add a late fee of $6.00.

I never checked the on line account since I didn't renew the subscription, anyway the person I got on the on line chat didn't know a thing about it. I still don't know what it was for and now my good credit has a mark in it. Thanks sirius!
