I bought a Builder Product#53688150 Serial# 754712521268C around. 24 months ago. It worked for 1/2 the very first winter. Mechanically it had been good. The exterior of the snowblower consists of hard-plastic and also the scapper edge has damaged twice which demands the whole property that incases the engine to become changed. Sears fix claims they've had this issue on plenty of these snowblowers but there's been no recognition released so that they wish to cost $232.00 every time it fails. I've taken care of this to become set twice and so I might have purchased a brand new snow blower currently. This isn't appropriate. This can be a faulty item and that I need a brand new all-steel device or my$ 400.00 back. I'll maintain after Sears administration untill they are doing anything to create this right. I'm in revenue which type of factor is what I actually do om a daley foundation. I'm likely to provide my faulty snowblower back again to Sears Oakbrook and inform everybody within the shop to not purchase thier faulty garbage. It'll be on complete show so everybody can easily see precisely what Sears is attempting to obtain away with. I've bought a number of devices from Sears through the years and today that involves a finish due to the bad support I've received.
