Sears
Craftsman broken snowblower - SNOWBLOWER

Miscellaneous

Spent $800.00 on a Craftsman snowblower to use it 45 minutes and it broke during second snow storm. Called Sears and was told to call the repair number. The women was so rude implying that my husband did something wrong and asked him to take it apart. My husband stated that he didn't spend $800 to do his own repairs. He wanted someone to come out and repair it. He was than told that it was not considered a big ticket item and to return it to the Barkhamsted, CT store that he purchased it from. It weighs 220 lbs. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks and we have had 4 large snowstorms and have been without it. Will never buy anything from Sears again. Very rude people. Buyer beware! They do not stand behind their products and give you a really hard time. They take your money and don't care about customer service.
