Snowthrower consumer review - SNOWBLOWER

I bought a snow thrower, model#247.886910. When i tried to start it dec. 27th it would not start. I brought it to the storewhere i bought it (meriden ct) it is now jan. 22 and i still don't have a snow thrower. This a brand new unit that has never thrown one flake of snow and all i get from sears is jerkd around. Hard toget any answersother than it can be fixed so tough luck on getting another snow thrower or my money back. There have been four storms blast us and i have to shovel. Sears is TERRIBLE with service. I can't imagine why i would ever make anoter purchase from them. Noone italk to can belive the "service" that i'm getting.
