Groiler Scolastic - NBK Encyclopedia rip-off, unable to contact, Paying bill for 2 yrs. And balance keeps growing for unknown reason

I purchased NBK Encyclopedias 2 1/2 yrs ago. I keep paying the bills I receive with extra payments and the balance keeps growing.

I have tried to contact them, no number, don't respond to letters sent with payment. Web address is only a easy/pay acct.

I have received a new book each year and I return it each year, then I am billed for it. No way to cancel. They just keep billing and billing. This is a scam. Customer Service number, per another complaint is 1-800-353-3140.
