Nothing but trouble

Since I have started an account with Groiler books I have had nothing but trouble. First they sent books I said I did not want and when I sent them back they claim to not have received them.

When they call and ask if you would like to try their books they clearly state that you can send them back if you are not satisfied but on the statement sent with the books their is no return address in which to send them.

Also there is no way to contact them to dicuss billing information except an email address. When you send them an email it takes months for them to contact you.By then you are paying late charges. Something needs to be done about their customer service issues.
