Groiler Books Here's Your Bill for books you did not orde

I oreded some books from groiler Books when my daughter was born. I was just trying to be a good mother, well I was not satisfied with the service because they would send me books that I had not orded yet.

So when they called me for not paying a bill for books I did not recieve nor did I order, I took the liberty to cancell my daughters subsciption which obviously is not in thiers vocabulary because til this day I still recieve bills for books they supossedly sent to me over a year ago.

I even went as far as to write them a letter with my statement explaining my situation but no response was heard and I still recieve the bills now is that a scam or what.
