Rip-off! I was sent a book of encyclopedias after telling them I was not interested. Jefferson City MO

It was one evening I got a phone call that was giving away "One free encyclopedia" I told them I wasn't interested. The lady on the phone said " Oh, it's absolutely free. No stings attached" I told her "Because I don't want the offer of the encyclopedias, but if there's no stings attached I'll take that free encyclopedia."

Now, I just received this heavy box of encyclopedias, that I don't want and can't afford to mail it back. I don't see any phone number on the bill they just sent me so I can talk to them. I'm just a single mom on social security trying to make ends meet. That now is appected to pay $ 479.15. Money I don't have. It's not right!
