Mail Rip-off Scams con artists Jefferson City mo

All i ordered was NBK Encyclopedia. Now i rec'vd the bill for 11.95. I rec'vd the books. But for some reseaon they keep on sending me books i never ordered. I send them back. Now i get two bills one for the Encyclopedias and one bill is some how $400.00 for what i don't know.

There is no indication on the bill what was ordered. There is no phone # the web address does not come up. This sucks!!! I feel like I'm beeing taking advantage of. This got to stop who know what would of happend if I would of gave them my credit card number when i ordered the encyclopedia's they would be charging me for what ever they dame well felt like!
