Bad service

I have been purchasing from LTD for some decades. I have realized that their products are nearly always on backorder. Well, lately I requested an MP4 player that was on backorder for around fourteen days, perhaps longer. It claims directly on the site that they can inform you in case your purchase was terminated by mail or postcard. And so I examined my purchase three nights before also it stated that it had been terminated. To date I received no notice. Clearly I actually donot require one today, but that isn't the purpose. It was a Holiday present. Holiday might have come and went without me recieving the merchandise. Today I've to appear throughout to locate that awful participant. I DISLIKE LTD! Do they actually, NOT mess something up?
