Today September 10,2 weeks after purchasing, I contact and ask - CSR doesn't have idea - requires my title and quantity. I actually donot notice from her for 2 times. And so I purchase a copy match prior to the summertime leads to New England. I almost instantly obtain a delivery notice. I login and discover itis the May match that delivered - no telephone call back simply deliver it. And so I contact to stop the 2nd UNSHIPPED purchase. I am advised "nocando" - I should spend the delivery after which return it to get a return.inadequate customer experience. Our last purchase out of this pit.
