I put an order at Ulta.com on Dec. 14th. The primary reason for the purchase was since I came across this sampler of hand lotion that I believed was ideal for my mother for Holiday also it was just on line. I also included on the by one-get one-free mascara for myself. The purchase was in procedure for 6 times! I examined the order on Dec. 20th and realized that the present for my mother (the primary reason for the purchase) wasn't within the checklist and was not actually on the internet site anymore. I called customer support. I inform the woman that I am really frustrated and I understand it isn't her problem, but...

I tell her concerning the item and he or she claims that it's no further in-stock. I tell her that I requested it 6 nights before also it was in stock 6 nights before which I'dnot actually obtained a contact concerning the item being sold-out. Ultais customer support consultant informs me that emails really are a touch behind and that I must obtain a contact concerning the item being sold-out per day or two.

Each day or two following the purchase has shipped and with out had an opportunity (or choice) to alter the merchandise to another thing of equivalent worth before it delivered.

Therefore, after producing the purchase, also it being "in procedure" for 6 TIMES. Our purchase has delivered with no primary reason for the purchase with out notice that anything for the reason that purchase was no further in-stock. Used to donot have to purchase delivered for mascara Ulta... Truly.
