Requested picture gear online March 3. March 6 obtained purchase verification and notice to contact if you will find any modifications - e-mail likewise stated they might not reach me by telephone. March 9 obtained request to contact Photoloon to verify purchase since my purchase had various payment and mailing details. Named Photoloon. They stated they'd been attempting to achieve me - but first e-mail after verification was March 9. They stated no solution on phone - they named house phone, although not cell phone. Stated they'd deliver on Friday for Friday shipping in Hawaii for extra $199. Said I needed it faster. They stated vessel today for Wednesday appearance for extra $299.informed them could easily get it for same cost in Hawaii, they stated no and certainly will put in a memory ($10-value). They never mentioned we're sorry. I terminated the purchase and requested for cancellation amount. They claimed they do not do this. I requested that written verification be delivered. They mentioned a supervisor might do this. I expected to get a supervisor's title - plus they stated they do not understand, but may move me to customer support. On-hold with customer support for nearly fifteen minutes. Customer support stated not a problem, may deliver by mail immediately. One hour later, I'm still waiting.
