Timeshare Solutions, Internet Solutions DO NOT ENTERTAIN THE CALL. Hang up!

This company contacted me back in April 09 claiming that they could support me with selling my timeshare. Apparently I responded to a survey online that allowed them to obtain my information.
Considering the financial hardships I'd been having I was easily convinced that this company would be able to sell my RCI points for $14000.00-$10000.00 the price I paid. They charged me $995.00 immediately.
This company claimed that there was a 100% money back guarantee if they are unable to sell my property within 1year. The individauls are rude when you call them, never contact you or update you on the status of your timeshare.
If you call to inquire about what is going on they talk to you like you are a retarded child. They now state that there is no refunds and that I signed a form stating I understand that.
As a result of this incident I want to warn the rest of timeshare owners to avoid this company at all causes. They do not care about you as a customer and do nothing to try to sell your property.
I am very upset about being scammed out of all that money and would like to take some action against this company. They are lucky I live in CA and not FL!
