Ripoff

This paticular liquor store sells cigarettes and has promotions for Buy 2 get 1 Free. However they will charge you for all 3. They are basically re-selling a NO-Resale item. I brought it to the clerks attention but he still insisted he would charge for a Free item. I do know that you can't re-sell a promotional item and they are ripping off their consumers and their suppliers, ie: Marlboro, Camel etc...

I think this is stealing and really bad business. I wanted some one to know.
