GW Beauty Will not tell you the truth. Con artist! Avoid this company kalamazo

Ordered a product for my daughter for school. Advertisment indicated the product would ship in 4 to 7 days. Placed the order and received an email confirmation.

Contacted the company after 10 days and was told the product was on backorder and would not ship for another week. I asked for a call back from a manager... No one called. I called back the next day and was at that time told the order would not ship for two more weeks.

So I cancelled the order. Was told I would receive a credit and confirmation of my cancellation in 2 to 3 days. 5 days later no credit... So I tried to call the company no answer, sent an email asking about my cancellation.

I then received an email the product shipped 2 weeks earlier but was lost by UPS. The company will not provide me with the tracking number from the orginal shipment. But, here we are 3 weeks after my order date and they now ship the product (which is the date they told me the product would actually arrive off backorder).

I have already ordered a replacement from another company and they will not refund my money... Yet! Stay away from this company they are not reputable.
