Where is Mercantila Exercise Bike Superstore - Exercise Bike super store order # 466551

I placed an order on 7/24/09 and my payment was processed the same day. Today is 10/9/09; I have not recived my order after being e-mailed that my order was shipped on 10/1/09 and I would recieve a tracking number by 3:00 on 10/1/09. After not being sent a tracking number, on two seperate days, I left customer service an e-mail to please contact me. Today I left a 3rd request for customer service to contact me "where's my stuff" with no reply. Anybody know where Mercantila is?
