Viatalk - VT Viatalk does not tell you about the early termination fee when asked and when times comes, they refer you to their Terms of Service

I've been a viatalk client for over 2 years now. Lately I chose to proceed to Vonage simply because they provide greater global calling programs.

After I opened a solution with Viatalk to stop my consideration, they explained about a $50 early termination charge that I had been never informed about, even if I particularly requested about early termination charges. After I restored, I had been informed that after I stop my support, I'll be billed for that promotional free weeks they provide on the pre-paid strategy (making sense) however the individual didn't inform me that there's an earlier termination charge.

Also, there's no note with this early termination charge when you're becoming a member of a brand new support via their site. Additionally, there's no reference to any agreements, because early termination charge often pertains to agreement situations. Here are they only items that they note when starting a brand new consideration as annotation (there's no reference to early termination fee):
