Charged Twice for a $175 Early Termination Fee

I thought my battle with Att was over in February. Once I paid the 175.00 early termination fee for the Sierra wireless card that didn't work. A month later I get my bill and I'm being charged again for the service. I called again and again and talked to people who didn't have a clue what I was trying to tell them. I explained over and over that I was being charged twice for a early termination fee to get out of a 24 month contract on an air card that I wasn't happy with and that didn't work in the area that I lived in. They told me some crap that they credited my account, for what I don't know but I still have to pay the 175.00 again because some idiot didn't close the account like they were supposed too. I repeatedly told the representatives to close that account and do away with it. That's why I paid an early termination fee. But now they expect me to pay double for a mistake that was theirs. I don't think so. Someone needs to stop this from happening.
