Terrible Service Misleading Ads

On 9/6 I visited the House Website in Spring Hill FL to buy a Shop-Vac which was marketed For Sale from 9/39/9/09. The advertisement stated nothing about materials restricted or while supplies last. I had been informed they sold-out in 3 hours, nor provide rainchecks. Although there I bought ECO-SMART CFL bulbs when I am changing all my lamps. After I got house from the bundle of 4 just 2 worked. I went straight back towards the shop to come back. The big woman in the return table explained that used to do not place them within the correct accessories. She also reported when 2 out-of 4 labored why was I returning all 4 (do you consider they'd have exposed another bundle to displace the two that didn't function?) Finally, she stated they'd I would like to return this time around just the next time I'd need to cope with mfg straight. Homedepot was promoting a faulty item that didn't function plus they attempted to create it-my issue. I went next door to Lowes bought the bulbs from their store and wonder of wonders they worked!
