Terrible customer service!

Today we visited Lowes in Routine Area, Pa since we're upgrading our toilet. We bought a counter, reflection, illumination, taps, accessories, and electric materials. We were within the shop for more than 2 hours. We invested one hour and 40 minutes awaiting help in 2 divisions. The guy within the toilet equipment area was waiting on people and there have been 2 guy within the appliance middle simply talking away with one another. Never once did they request when they may help us. Additional workers handed us simply standing there and Not questioned us when they may help us. When the guy who worked for the reason that division was accessible, he assisted people using what we required. One hour and 10 units is what we waited for to get a easy tap issue! We got our additional materials and visited the bulb area and we requested a woman for aid. She stated she did not understand a lot of and might get us support. No body confirmed! We have there been to get a around 30 minutes to get a bulb. We stated heck withit, we shall store elsewhere. I told the checkout woman that it had been insane just how long we waited for aid. She didn't declare a term. Not just one term. Then when I quit there I acquired about the telephone to inform my dad and mom about my aweful expertise and my mother stated that these were at Lowes in Montoursville, Pennsylvania nowadays to purchase a pull-behind trailor.
