After initially exchanging product (eyeglass frames) due to a color variation not noted on sellers website (color was stated as black but was actually camo) my exchange frames did not fit and were "exchanged again" (an additional $12 shipping/cost fee was paid to seller). Seller never sent the 2nd exchange frames and ignored numerous emails. After filing a compliant with PayPal (which could not be honored due to the 45 day limit period) the seller's customer service manager "Don" sent me an email basically saying since a PayPal complaint couldn't be filed i was SOL. He hasn't had the nerve to reply to my two emails since then because he knows i am owed my frames or the $101 I paid.

I have email proof from his company implying all returns, exch's and payments were in order and would be sent my frames.

Initially this company was great to work with but their follow up service and a jerk off wanna-be of a customer service manager are a joke.

Wasted $101 on this run around, don't do it yourself.
